Can't receive call or receive private number

I'm having problems using mOtp with carrier Vivo in Brazil. It either receive a 
private call, or no call at all. Few days ago, it was fine. Other carriers 
works fine. Using the same phone, but different carrier, I receive the call 
correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have 'Vivo' as carrier in Brazil
2. Request a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No call received, or private number received. Sometimes I do see a number, but 
it is different from the code I receive from motp API.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1, using linux on server, Android phone.

Update: Now I'm receiving the calls, but the phone number is not "coded". 
Meaning, it usually starts with "123456", but the calls I'm receiving are like 
a real number "03432282802", and the code I receive is still ""123456xxx".

Hi,

Services are working fine now. I think the problem was overuse, yesterday I 
made several calls to my mobile phone for developing purposes.

I wonder what is the use policy for this API, and if every number has a 
appropriate format, like it starts with "001234". I want to be able to separate 
missed calls from legit ones.
