getting Method Not Supported Exception in Motp #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.Validate OTP Entered by user on a web form - POST Request

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result :Success but we are getting an exception Method Not Supported 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Motp v1 open Api  on windows7

Please provide any additional information below.

we are using Motp for customer verification and developing application in C# 
calling this service in webservices  but in step three getting problem . i am  
attaching class file plz Reply ASAP .

hello 

i can not use the code provided here in this link because i m not having 
unirest class and i dont want to add extra dll in my project. is there any 
other way to do this in c#. or you have any sample code or project plz provide 
us .  i have attached my code file in previous mail for your reference .
