A simple update to grab the post image from v 0.5.2 of ghost. I haven't checked compatibility with previous versions of ghost.

Hey @jonmholt, sorry for the delay. Nice work with the update, but I don't generally support backwards compatibility with Ghost (changes only affect them if they update the theme, and if they do that they may as well update Ghost). I'll merge this for now and remove the hack later :+1: Thanks though, awesome work :)
