UI - Fix the calender field #58

add a selectable date from a calender instead of typing it now and set the default search date to 6 months from current date

based on lynn's updated spec, change calender field to accept only months and years, adding krish for validation

Changed calendar field, validation not required as it is a dropdown calendar
