unable to crate kmz file #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Tools-KMZ generator
2. path is in slovak locale

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to have KMZ file, the program creates empty ZIP file with error log file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.8 2008 WXP
