Settings are lost :( #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app, fill in settings page
2. Exit
3. Reopen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Settings are preserved
Actual: all settings are lost

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.30 win

Please provide any additional information below.

How do you "exit"?
If you "Quit" button, GPicSync don't write anything in the conf. file
If you "Quit and save settings" button GPicSync will replace the existing conf. 
file with the settings currently in the GUI.

Heh. Thanks for the hint! I feel slightly (but not tooo) dumb. I did not see 
those buttons and there's no menu items to quit, so I just clicked the red X.

A suggestion. In the above situation, user friendly apps typically ask 
something like:
              You have unsaved changes to your configuration.
                [Save and Quit] [Quit without saving] [Cancel]

While I'm at it: when the app is opened, the current value for Picture Folder 
is not displayed, so that setting *appears* to be lost (but in reality is 
there... click the button and cancel to fill in the field...)
