lat/lon not coorect in EXIF

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Exif GPS data to jpg file
2. Upload jpg file to picase web album
3. Display jpg on map

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expeted to see the thumbnail on the correct lat/lon
But the lat/lon is not correct.
If I use the KML file generated directly from GPicsync everything is 
correct

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GPicSync 1.27, Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry for my late reply. I didn't see your post (it's better to mail me 
directly for
a quick reply).

I tried to reproduced the problem but it works for me:

Maybe your picture has been touched by another software before (in a way that
Exiftool/GPicSync can't write in it anymore)?
