Croops and armorstands does not regrow. #22

Pretty much what the title says. I dont know if this has anything to do with it but Im also using grief prevention (with allowed explotions). The first explosion (spawn) from the wither does not regrow ether.

Fixed for Armor stands and first wither explosion
