Converted to a draft because of the following error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function each() in /home/runner/work/NitrAPI-PHP/NitrAPI-PHP/vendor/phpunit/phpunit/src/Util/Getopt.php:38

I have updated the dependencies as selected in issue #75. The reason was the above error and the following warning on php.net: This function has been DEPRECATED as of PHP 7.2.0. Relying on this function is highly discouraged. Source: https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.each.php

@f0086 is there a possibility to look over my issues and this PR in a timely manner? Currently one of my projects depends on it. If this is not possible at this time, a short answer would also suffice for me (then I would use my fork for the time being).
