error output improvements #658

For the error wrapping issue I've set the render width to the window width to avoid wrapping of longer text in a way that introduces extra newline characters

Before: nitric_azzy_yaml_—_twilight-sun_png

After: nitric_azzy_yaml_—_twilight-sun
