Handle renamed or removed resources that are selected better in dashboard #803

Feature Request

When a resource is renamed or removed, the selected resource in the dashboard doesn't change, causing some confusion.

Suggestion

Detect if not in the list of new incoming resource, then add an alert box detailing that the resource no longer exists and they should select a new one (make the page read-only as testing a non existing resource won't work)

Value

Improve the visibility of accessible resources and improve DX
