WIP: Boxygen integration

Current WIP boxygen integration. Haven't tested all the integrations yet. As issues arise will need to add to the below list.

[ ] Lots of testing :)
[x] Java: Multi module support (need to recurse pom files in context to resolve deps).
[ ] Java: Add AppCDS interim stage to improve startup times
[ ] Java: Graal support.
[ ] Typescript: Remove ts-node implementation, implement staged build instead.
[x] Python: Shared modules not resolving. (need to ensure python path correctly set).

have tested the builds using nitric run (my dev instance). With all stack templates and seems to be working reasonably well. There are still some performance tweaks to make in order to ensure the process starts up faster. But overall should be much faster than the buildpacks implementation.
