qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped #582

Adding this to help others who run into the same issue.

Image builds (nitric up or nitric run) Intermittently fail with a qemu error qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped.

The appears to be related to the version of qemu in Docker Desktop v2.27. See related iss here: https://github.com/docker/for-mac/issues/7172

A quick fix for this is to enable rosetta in Docker Desktop: docker-settings
