Details

Wasn't exactly sure if the toggle should be clickable or not. I had a hard time interacting with tracking the toggle onChange state in the story file and communicating with the toggle component.
As a bonus added dropdown component from Headless UI. Dropdowns are more complicated so for now the only styles are changing the background colors of menu items.

Merging main into this branch to bring in eslint checks, might be a good idea to pull it down before working ontop of it
