Scope Seqviz component

Component Description

Sequence viewer SeqViz https://github.com/Lattice-Automation/seqviz There will likely be a chunk of upfront work needed to get SeqViz to install/build properly with our codebase.

Special Behavior

Be able to style the colors of both the circular and linear sequence views with light and dark mode.

Here's how I'm thinking

Just get it working - 2hrs

• import, set up with a basic, user controlled sequence

Set up user interaction - 5hrs

• user can change enzymes, add annotations
• can we download and show arbitrary genbank files client side?

Set up styling - 5hrs

• can we change the annotation/enzyme colors?
• can we go full on dark mode?
• can we paramterize these to use tailwind colors/use brand?

Does that roughly make sense? If so, can you create these three issues and tag me? I'll look em over and then assign you the first ticket if things look good!
