Can't move todo items up/down with keyboard #222

The help says that I should be able to move tasks up/down with the keyboard by either using Ctrl-up/Ctrl/dn or Ctrl-j/Ctrl-k.

With version 1.5 on Ubuntu 12.10 I cannot.
