Implement due dates #247

Due dates currently don’t work. We need to load the plugin (jQuery UI date picker) and get it working again.

Dates are looking pretty good, just need to style the actual Datepicker UI.

Jono can do that.

Almost there. There’s just a bit of annoying behaviour where the datepicker doesn’t close.
