Notes animation

If the notes have more than 2 lines of text, the task expands for 2 lines with a nice animation, and the suddenly jumps to the rest of the height.

Reminder: Set up a window.resize event listener so we can readjust the notes height.

Normally this is done automatically by the plugin, but it will automatically expand all notes even if they are closed.
