The model.refresh bug

Problem

Whenever a model is refreshed, strange things happen. This is called by two functions:

• Local storage, when loading data from disk
• Sync queue, when fetching data from the server

  Current fix

Refreshing the page seems to fix it.

I've updated the list view code to automatically recreate views on refresh.

This seems to fix the problem!
