Updating the client to work with Nitro Server

• [x] Client list ids should be negative numbers
• [x] Inbox list id should be stored in User object
• [x] Queue should send arrays instead of objects
• [x] Be able to handle all ids being stored as numbers
• [x] Somehow magically detect which list is the inbox list
• [x] Change pref types to match server validation
