We are still working on the account page.

Basically I need to set it up to only show the 'Get Started' section if you are using the 'no account' mode. If the user is logged in, then it should only show the input boxes.

Since this issue is specifically about the style of the content, I have assigned @consindo, as he is in charge of the design (and because Github doesn't seem to let me assign more than one person to an issue).

Account management is done via the Rails appliance, but we still need to do this page to link to the website.
