hi, there is any plan for windows? and what is the expected time for the first release that works offline?

The first release will work offline, with service worker. After that, we'll work on the desktop apps - starting with just the webview, but move eventually to something like React .NET for Windows.

Hopefully the web app beta will be out in the next 6 weeks - make sure you're signed up to the mailing list.
