In email verification,clicking on "click to activate your account" should redirect to Website / Sign In page.

It is already getting redirected to Sign in page. Checked.

Check your mail here https://sales.reply.io#1 in the section "Email verification", if everything is OK, then the problem is on the side of the mail server
