Can the model file add the non prefix 'chr' version or no-name-check of chr prefix? #26

I used hg19 version which have no 'chr' prefix, I it is so difficult to add prefix with about 50Gb bam file .

MSIsensor2 can process that. You don;t have to add prefix to bam file.
