I am not able to clone your repo and get the following error message:

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/niu-lab/msisensor2.git/': Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
Do you have any suggestions for how I might be able to resolve this? I am able to clone other repo, so it seems to be specific to msisensor2.
