Mouse tumor sample #49

Dear Developer,

I am wondering if there is anyway to use msisensor2 to detect MSI in the whole-exome sequencing data with mouse tumor samples? Do you know if there is any other program that can do it in the mouse? Your help is greatly appreciated!

MSIsensor2 is trained on multi-tumor sample data from TCGA. Unfortunately, we don't have mouse data. If you could provide mouse data, we could help with the training.
