building models for a panel #7

Hi

I am trying to build the models for my MSI sites. Wondering how to train models for specific panel as you provided in your repo, since the tool did not provide any command to generate ones, and it seems that the models in the repo require a bam file with "chr" header.

Hi found that when I use the -M option with hg38 in tumor only and I get 0s as the results with this option using msisensor2 but I get results similar to msisensor without this option or using a normal control. Is there a way I can make the model using the fasta that was used to produce the BAM, etc?
