Text::NSP::Measures::2D::Fisher::twotailed #19

For the life of me I cannot figure out where to put the fisher exact module for 
perl to find it. I've configured CPAN and tried to download it that way but as 
it's not on the main module page cpanm can't find it. I've tried putting it in 
a local library and in the Modules folder in popoolation2. I've tried using 
perl -I 
~/Programs/popoolation2/Modules/Text/NSP/Measures/2D/Fisher/twotailed.pm to add 
the pathway to @INC. 

I've tried everything this newbie can come up with. All has failed. A very 
clear and detailed clue would be appreciated. Thank you!

that is weird it should work nicely with cpanm

I would not try installing it manually, this leads just to problems.

what operating system are you using, what is the exact error message you got?
the folowing command worked without errors?
cpan App::cpanminus
