temporary directory problems #20

Multiple instances of the app between different users will cause access problems. JESProc makes a JESWorker directory in the tmp dir

While this is a known issue, it is minor. JclProcessor needs to be refactored to be completely different anyways (not to use python/tempfiles in the first place.)
