Hi there @niuus

Here in this contribution i want to add the Scale2x filter and rename the Scanlines filter to TV Mode. It is based in Tanooki16's code he made in his Snes9x TX.

Hope this will be added to Snes9x RX.

It was already implemented half a year ago. It will be on 5.0.0 when it is published.
