Change folder name used from "snes9xgx" to "snes9xrx" #47

This is for change the folder used by Snes9x RX for roms, saves, cheats, etc., including where to save the main settingsRX.xml file from "snes9xgx" to "snes9xrx", in order for avoid any confusion/conflict with main Snes9xGX things.

There is no confusion nor conflict with the original folder, and never was. It was left like this in order to not have duplicate romsets, covers, saves and cheats right from the get-go, without needing path configuration unless the user decides later. Probably in the last release of RX it will be changed, for now, they happily coexist.

Looks like @niuus then later accepted my idea, done it at commit https://github.com/niuus/Snes9xRX/commit/79d6fb947a0776ef180bf23fa40e18ae8563e823
