How to build Caffe for windows without CUDA? #75

I tried with MinGW Gcc compiler to build CAFFE without CUDA,but failed to build.Then I switched to visual studio and try to build but there is no instructions to build without CUDA.

Anyone can Help me to do this: Thanks in Advance for the Valuable help!
