Open solution file fail #87

I wasn't able to open the solution file using VS 2012 on windows 7 64 bits machine. It says "load failed". Can you give any suggestion?

Hi, have you been able to build cafee on Windows? I am relatively new to deep learning and found some code which can build cafee on windows. But facing the same problem as you. Open solution fail. I was wondering if you were able to do so.
