one led row not working #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. all lights and patterns functioning, except 2nd to bottom row

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see light in the second to bottom row.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using arduinio 1.6.3, windows 8.1 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Hi, I'm new to this, but I finally got my chlonos to work.  It's showing 
patterns, time, and temp, but there are two last things remaining:
1) the second to bottom row of leds won't light up (I attached pic, it's 
towards the bottom of the picture..2nd row from bottom).
2) there's no sound coming from my speakers.

I checked the row using my multimeter and there appears to be current going to 
each of the led's on that row....just no light.
Has anyone had a similar problem, or do I just have a bad lol?

Also, my speaker isn't working...however, my speaker is a crappy one and so I 
was going to try a new one.  I don't know if they're related to my led problem 
so just thought to mention it as well.
Any help on this would be great, this is a great project!!

PS...I figured out the syntax change in the code using the newer arduino 
version :)

omg...I'm so sorry. I just figure it out and got all my lights working..yaaa :)

I'll get a new speaker and see if that one works.
