Improve source location tags for consistency and to facilitate search

Currently records with specific source location tags (eg North Chile) are hard to find when filtering. They are for example

• (a) not listed together in the source location option dropdown.
• (b) not included with the results when filtering by the more general location (eg Chile) and

To improve this we suggest to

• (a) move the location specifiers (north, south, east and west) to the end of the source location name so close-by records are listed together ("North Chile" > "Chile (North)")
• (b) add general tag with specific tag so specific locations are also included in result when filtering by general location ("North Chile" > "Chile, Chile (North)"

Please note that some records may have more than one tag that would require updating, eg record

29 (https://tmfrnz.github.io/tsunami-db-zppUJsqvqRBMVvM/#!/db/29?out=table), where source location is currently "North Chile, South Peru" but should better be "Chile, Chile (North), Peru, Peru (South)"
