Basemap attribution content no longer working #199

A while ago all editorial content was migrated from the API to this code repository: https://github.com/niwa/tsunami-db/commit/e68fddfdadfac2b8913e013c72c6485225243747

Since it appears that the basemap attribution content is no longer shown - instead it displays a 404 message: https://ptdb.niwa.co.nz/#!/page/basemap

The content was (and is still) defined in the appConfig file https://github.com/niwa/tsunami-db/blob/master/app/config/appConfig.json#L44

i believe this is now fixed.
