Systemd user units totally busted after upgrading inputs #527

Bug description

I upgraded my inputs to the latest nixpkgs-unstable and latest nixos-wsl. Now my viscode server stopped working and presumably all systemd user units aren't working either. I always get Failed to connect to bus: No such file or directory.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Upgrade your inputs and rebuild.

You probably need to disable cgroupsv1
