add flake #2

This adds a flake which also contains hydra jobsets

Damn, sorry, I missed your PR – GitHub for some reason decided that I don’t want to watch this repo :/.

I have added flake myself a couple of weeks ago when switching my nixos-rebuild to flakes, so that’s done. But I like the test that you added, I’ll take a closer look and integrate it to have CI testing.
