Add aarch64 support #75

I haven't actually pushed these to any registry. But it should work fine on paper

It seems this publishes only arm64. Can we revert for now? Or perhaps it's pushing amd64 then overwriting with arm64, but the result is that the latest tag seems to be only arm64.

Edit: I see #76 and #77 now. 🚀
