flake: drop aarch64-linux cross and build native #412

Note that if this patch is applied, two new jobs are added for aarch64-linux.

These aren't just two jobs, but all Emacs packages. Not just all variants of Emacs itself, but all the same packages. I'm not opposed to this. Just be aware that this will cause quite a bit more Hydra jobs.

Should be fine as they are cheap builds, if it does become a problem we change it to just build emacs.
