Create files with home.file."path".text without a symlink #3918

This is one of the fixes of #257, but It does not work anymore. I need to have a plain file without a symlink, and I am using the following snippet:

home.file.".local/state/theme".text = "dark";

The issue is that the file is not a simple file with the text "dark" in it, it is a symlink to a nix store file with this text in it:

$ ls -l ~/.local/state/theme
/home/zoriya/.local/state/theme -> /nix/store/q6sckis2nv55r6vmhy7989cp4dmpqw0i-home-manager-files/.local/state/theme

The reason why I need to have a simple file and not a symlink is to allow programs to detect config changes via inotify.
