redshift: multiple instances #4002

Description

I would like to start multiple instances of redshift with different configs (this is sometimes necessary for external monitors).

Attempt

I tried to implement a wrapper module myself, but I failed miserably... Here is my attempt, but it does not work due to infinite recursions as usual.

Memorandum on closing issues

Don't be afraid to manually close an issue, even if it holds valuable information. Closed issues stay in the system for people to search, read, cross-reference, or even reopen – nothing is lost! Closing obsolete issues is an important way to help maintainers focus their time and effort.
