Micro plugins #4190

Description

Hello! I was hoping an option for micro edutor could be added, to specify which plugins to install. I don't think it would be too difficult, though I could be wrong. Im thinking maybe a programs.micro.plugins which is a list of strings? Anyway let me know, thanks!

Memorandum on closing issues

Don't be afraid to manually close an issue, even if it holds valuable information. Closed issues stay in the system for people to search, read, cross-reference, or even reopen – nothing is lost! Closing obsolete issues is an important way to help maintainers focus their time and effort.
