Don't make `rbw.settings.email` mandatory #4370

Use-case: I want to set the pinentry flavor, but I can't because HM complains that the email was not provided -- even though it's not strictly necessary since I can configure it myself later.

I think that just means removing the option, since we use freeformModule.
