bug: `qt.platformTheme=gtk3` options doesn't set QT apps file picker

Issue description

Hello guys, thanks for your amazing work :)

I was trying to configure GTK file picker for QT apps, and came across these options https://nix-community.github.io/home-manager/options.xhtml#opt-qt.platformTheme

If I try to set

qt = { enable = true; platformTheme = "gtk"; };

or gtk3 the file picker for Telegram (the app I'm using to test whether the file picker has been changed or not) is still the old one, even though $QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME is correctly set (at least in the shell), whereas if I set the same option using configuration.nix the file picker is correct.
