bug: kakoune's `useBuiltinKeyParser` does nothing.

Issue description

I was unable to find any reference to the terminal_builtin_key_parser option in kakoune that the nix option sets, the closest thing I found was references to ncurses_builtin_key_parser https://github.com/mawww/kakoune/commit/4dd0b432ab3d56da5a37b9e7ed02e878c738b7a3, and that seems to have been remove a while ago.

Maybe hm option should be removed?
