mpv: symlink scripts in ~/.config/mpv/scripts #5460

Description

home-manager has this advaantage over nixos that it can skip wrapping and put files where they are normally expected, i.e. in XDG_* directories.

It helps debugging as you dont have to go through the wrapper, you can directly look at ~/.config/mpv/scripts.

also it would help remove this:

        assertion = (cfg.scripts == [ ]) || (cfg.package == pkgs.mpv);
        message = ''
          The programs.mpv "package" option is mutually exclusive with "scripts" option.'';
      }];

Memorandum on closing issues

Don't be afraid to manually close an issue, even if it holds valuable information. Closed issues stay in the system for people to search, read, cross-reference, or even reopen – nothing is lost! Closing obsolete issues is an important way to help maintainers focus their time and effort.
