Module documentation doesn't appear in configuration.nix(5) when `documentation.nixos.includeAllModules` is true #103

includeAllModules makes it where any modules imported in the system configuration have their documentation added to configuration.nix(5). However, environment.persist and so on don't appear in it. I'm not sure what it required to make it show there, but the options in nixos.nix seem to have documentation, so it seems like they ought to be in there...

Not sure when this went away... but it has.
