darwin/community-builder: add user wolfgangwalther #1294

@Ma27 suggested to ask for access to the darwin/community-builder in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/294504#issuecomment-2135494742.

Currently, I'd need it to proceed with https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/294504, which fails to build on darwin.
