use systemd unit name attribute #1558

This gives us eval time error checking.

This one isn't defined in nixpkgs so it needs to remain as it is. https://github.com/nix-community/infra/blob/06c99f6ef156c8910f94f33a400c8ebe5094c82f/modules/nixos/common/update.nix#L25
